What exactly is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation. In this state, the client is highly suggestible to positive changes through accessing the subconscious mind. Once the conscious desires are matched with the subconscious, lasting change can occur.

I like to think of hypnosis as meditation with a goal. The purpose of meditation is to clear your mind. The purpose of hypnosis is to focus your mind on a particular goal.

Does hypnosis work?

YES! Hypnosis absolutely works. As a former hypnosis client, I can surely understand your doubts. However, If you are open to receiving positive suggestions, you will be very successful with hypnosis.

Will I be unconscious?

No, you won’t be unconscious. You will be conscious during your entire session. During your session you are simply in a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious is more susceptible to positive suggestions. At no point will you say or do anything you don’t want to do. You are very much in control of your mind and body.

What if I say or do something embarrassing?

Hypnosis can’t make you do something you don’t want to do. During your session you won’t do anything against your morals or will. All hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis; meaning the client has complete control.
